Automates class schedule plotting with a drag-and-drop interface. Produces ready-to-print reports for class, faculty, and room assignments
This tool lets you visually build and manage class schedules by dragging subjects onto a weekly calendar grid. You can filter views by instructor or room, detect scheduling conflicts, and print formatted schedule reports for classes, faculty, and rooms.
Enter your assigned Username and Password on the login screen, then click Sign In. Once authenticated, the calendar page will load automatically.
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down what you want to plot:
Click Load Schedule to populate the calendar and the subjects panel.
Use the Instructor and Room search fields below the filter bar to narrow the calendar view. Typing in either field will highlight or hide time slots based on availability for that instructor or room, helping you avoid conflicts before placing a subject.
The Subjects to Schedule panel on the right lists all subjects that still need to be assigned a time slot. Each card shows the subject code, name, required hours, and assigned instructor.
The subject block will appear on the calendar spanning the correct number of rows. Once all hours for a subject are consumed, its card in the panel will be marked as completed.
Click on any scheduled block on the calendar to reveal a delete button (red x in the top-right corner of the block). Click it to remove that block and return the hours to the subjects panel.
Once scheduling is complete, click the Print button (bottom-right of the screen). A dialog will open with three tabs:
Check the items you want to include, then click Print. Use the Settings tab to configure paper size (Long or Short), orientation (Landscape or Portrait), and color scheme for lecture, laboratory, and lunch break blocks before printing.
